Lacerta Bio is looking for independent consultants to both work on projects and to form new biotech companies.
Projects – We regularly need expert help in a few key areas, such as Preclinical drug development, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Trial planning.
Company Formation – We are actively seeking opportunities to create new life science companies from assets and technologies coming out of Universities in the New York Metropolitan area.
Our current focus is on the following therapeutic areas: gastroenterology, ophthalmology, and dermatology.
We have already have identified interesting assets, and are looking to assemble management teams to complete due diligence and reach out to investors.
Please note we are looking to work with independent consultants who have been “making a living” for 3 years or more. Working with job seekers and retirees is not what we have in mind.
